Here are few more Q & A with Swami ji: Q. What is consciousness? A. Everything is consciousness! Whether you can see it or not, feel it or not! Q. What is the purpose of my life? A. On this question, Swami ji asked the participant to pat himself and said congratulate to yourself that mind is opening up and going beyond the day to day life, my job, my family, prestige etc. Then he said I will tell you three things in reference to this question: i. 4 days with Swami Pragyapad

Swami Pragyapad, one of the senior most teacher in Art of Living Foundation came to Pittsburgh on his 4 days visit to Pittsburgh and what an amazing wave of knowledge & Wisdom soaked in peace and humor took over the city. As soon as Swami ji landed, he was straight drove to a strong gathering of more than 200 people for Health & Happiness Workshop. This was an awesome experience for the Participants and for the media also that a Swami teaching a workshop about well-being of life in a CHURCH (the First United Methodist Church of Pittsburgh). Swami ji gave the secrets of healthy life and happy and peaceful mind. He taught 'subtle Yoga' and this is amazing you can do it any where in your office, during flight or watching TV which is so helpful in today's fast life and can relax your body.
