Pious!

Just read these lines again as again. As I read these line my heart is full, throat is choked and eyes are wet. If a devotee has to express his love for his Master, perhaps so elegant words are rare to find in this universe. Sri Tulsi Das has put them in Sri Ram charit Manas (Bal kand/first canto)

Bandeu Gurupad Param Paraga, Suruchi Suwar saras anuraga |
Ameeya murimaya churan charu, Saman Sakal bhav raj pariwaru || 1 ||
Sukruti Shambhutana vimal vibhuti, Manjul mangal mod prasuti |
Janamana manju mukur mal harni, kiye tilak gun gan bas karni || 2 ||

I prostrate to the dust of my Master's feet. That beautiful dust is filled with fragrance and juice of love. It is the life rejuvenating medicine which destroy the whole family of all the diseases. It is present as ornament of the body of shiva and it is mother of all joy and bliss. It clears the dirt from the mind of devotee which is like a mirror and if wore as tilak (on forehead) one gain all the glorious virtues.

All glory To Gurudev!

Patanjali Yoga sutra Part-10

Hurdles of peace: What are the obstacles on the path to discovery? They add up to nine — Vyadhistyanasamshaya pramadalasyavirati bhrantidarshanalabdha bhoomikatvanavasthitatvani chittavikshepaste antarayaha meaning "Illness, inability to comprehend; doubt, carelessness, laziness, non-attachment towards the senses, hallucination, and non-attainment of any state or instability are the distractions of the mind which cause obstacles in the path". Vyadhi or illness in the body is the first obstacle. The second is styana or the illness in the mind that is either mentally challenged or is incapable of comprehension. For example, you will be perfectly alright but when you get to start meditating, sickness befalls you! If you are watching television, nothing happens, but if you sit down to meditate, the body grows restless. This is an obstacle in your path. The third obstacle Samshaya or doubt . You first need to understand doubt. Your doubts are always about something that is good. ...
